Learn About Our 30-Day Warranty

Upholstery Supply USA provides a 30-day warranty for all products sold on UpholsterySupplyUSA.com.  If you experience any problem with a product you purchased from us, please contact us immediately and we will help you get that problem resolved.  

Any defective or broken items must be returned to Upholstery Supply USA before a repair or replacement can be processed. Shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility except as outlined in our Return Policy.

Any product which has been washed, cut, misused, altered, or damaged due to improper washing, cutting, misuse, or alteration, is ineligible for coverage under the Upholstery Supply USA warranty.

Many manufacturers of products sold by Upholstery Supply USA include an additional warranty with the purchase of their product which extends beyond 30 days.  If you experience a problem with your product after 30 days, please contact us immediately and we will do our absolute best to help you with your warranty claim.  Please know that manufacturer warranty claims are decided by the manufacturer, and their decision in such cases is final.
